Saving one dog will not change the world, but surely for that one dog, the world will change forever.
Rescue & Hospice Care
Caring for dogs in need is at the heart of everything I do. Alongside running my dog hotel, I am actively involved in rescuing dogs on the island of Curaçao and providing care for dogs who need extra time, attention, and compassion.
Not every dog’s journey looks the same — but every dog deserves safety, dignity, and love.
Rescue Work
I help dogs in need by getting them off the streets and into a safe environment where they can receive proper care. This may include medical treatment, recovery time, socialisation, and preparing them for a next step in life — whether that is adoption, relocation, or long-term care.
Every rescue has its own story. To keep this website clear and up to date, I share all individual rescue journeys, updates, and outcomes on my social media pages, where each dog’s path is documented openly and honestly.
If you would like to follow the rescues, see progress updates, or support the work, you can find all stories on my social media channels.
Hospice & Senior Care
Some dogs need more than rescue alone. I also offer hospice and senior care for dogs who require extra support due to age or serious medical conditions.
These hospice places are meant for dogs who may still have days, weeks, or months to live with the right care and medication — but who often have nowhere to go due to lack of time, space, or financial resources. My focus is on comfort, stability, and quality of life, allowing these dogs to live their remaining time in peace and dignity.
Senior dogs who are not in hospice but need a calm, understanding environment are also welcome. Care is always adapted to the individual dog’s needs, energy level, and medical requirements.
A Personal Approach
Whether it concerns rescue, hospice, or senior care, I work on a small and personal scale. This allows me to truly see each dog, adapt care where needed, and provide a safe and calm environment where they can simply be dogs.
